The Bill (Reg. No.3354) submitted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine regulates legal relations appertaining to the building (final construction) of housing with the governmental support, as well as peculiarities of procedure, terms and safeguards of its transfer to citizens, protection of developer´s interests from bankruptcy, overcoming of recessionary processes in construction sector.
The Bill defines the term "accessible housing" and requirements for it.
The Bill also defines objects of investments into accessible housing, methods to reduce the cost of its construction, demands for banks participants of the State Program of House-Building with the Governmental Support, and the procedure of renting accessible housing with redemption.
The Bill introduces amendments to the Economic Code of Ukraine, the Laws "On Natural Monopolies", "On Electrical Power Engineering", and "On Pipeline Transportation".
The People´s Deputies believe that adoption of the Bill will give incentives to the development of construction sector, and allow to reduce expenditures from the budgets of different levels.
